Salted Caramel Afogato AKA Coffee Ice Cream Float

A scoop of Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream
SF Caramel Sauce 
Cooled Expresso or Cooled Strong Coffee (I used a decaf K cup on the smallest cup setting) 
Reddi Whip, Chopped Hazelnuts and a few cracks of pink Himalayan salt on top
